Service Plans -  to meet you where you are.

No Hourly Billing Service Plans

We are a customer service oriented organization.  Our customers are our number one priority. With that in mind; we service our customers to take care of immediate needs as well as setup systems to be prepared for future needs and plan for future growth and events. 

    We have two basic service plans; Full Service and Remote Only.  We have eliminated the hourly billing and now have a simple billing formula that is based on the number of full-time users. So if our client has 20 full-time users they only pay per user. This is our way to help our customers better manage cash flow and for us to be able to give our customers the attention they deserve.  Addon services are available to supliment the remote only plan for time periods when additional resources are needed.

Our Full Service Plans cover: 


Includes all services offered by WiNS -  Scheduled onsite technician (standard with 21 or more users), two hour response time, remote server management tools, annual assessment and  annual meeting to discus our assessment, suggestions and any concerns, request or questions our clients have. Quarterly summary of past service tickets and planning for future events, Free phone support and emergency incident support, and daily online server backups. No per server charge for servers supported  (Details vary depending on the number of full-time users in your organization - See pricing chart ) 

Our Remote only Plan covers:

Includes all services offered by WiNS -two hour response time, remote server management tools, daily online server backup.  All services performed remotely.   Additional billing for onsite support at same rate with 2hr minimum billing
Additional billing is however incured for new server installs or infrastructure changes.
